CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER



Temiskaming Hospital a 59 bed community hospital in
Northern Ontario is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager
who is a graduate from an approved School of Nursing,
and is currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
BSCN with minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a hospital
setting with at least 3 years in a Supervisory or Management capacity.
You will provide clinical leadership for the day-to-day operations of Nursing, ensuring quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the different clinical areas.
Your responsibilities will include the ability to coordinate the
total patient care model in consultation with co-workers,
physicians and allied health care providers.
Your superior communication, organizational, leadership and
problem-solving skills will enhance your ability to work effectively
and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
